For s•••@example.com. Choose what you’d like to get from us.
- Runs in your own Marketing Cloud
- Follows each Business Unit’s own unsubscribe rules
- Based on Salesforce’s own documentation
- Every language from the first publish
You paid for a custom build. You still don’t know how far an unsubscribe reaches.
The usual way: a one-off custom build
- Weeks of billed hours, and the price of the next change unknown
- Decisions made once and never written down
- Unsubscribes that reach too far, or not far enough
- Breaks quietly when Salesforce changes something
With Formentic
- A set price, known before you start
- Every choice explained in your own architecture plan
- One page for every Business Unit, each following its own rules
- Kept current with every Salesforce release
Confirm, choose, unsubscribe. Designed as one.
Double opt-in
Visitors confirm their email before they count as subscribed, with proof of consent kept in your Marketing Cloud.

We read your Business Units and their settings, and write what we recommend. Names and settings only, never subscribers.
One call with usType the names of your publication lists, lists or data extensions. Formentic finds them and their fields.
A couple of minutesPut it together from sections, in your theme and every language of your workspace.
A couple of minutesThe page runs in your Cloud Pages. Paste the link code into your email footer.
Then we keep it rightYour page, your way. The logic behind it stays right.
Your navigation, your footer, your address. Visitors never feel they left you.
Your header and footer
- Included: a header and footer from your theme, with your logo, links and small print in every language
- Or your website’s own header and footer, exactly as they are: send us the code and we add it and keep it working, quoted as a custom request
Your own address
- Bought from Salesforce. The private domain in a Sender Authentication Package is usually kept for email; a second one for your pages is best
- Your architecture plan says which address to ask for, and Salesforce secures it with its own certificate
An unsubscribe reaches exactly as far as it should.
Every Business Unit in Marketing Cloud has its own unsubscribe setting: this Business Unit only, or the whole account. Formentic reads it and follows it, and your setup page says in plain words what an unsubscribe stops.
One Formentic page serves every Business Unit. It acts in the Business Unit the email came from, so each brand keeps its own subscribers, lists and words.

Salesforce changes three times a year. Your preference centre keeps up.
We check what changes for unsubscribes, Cloud Pages and the code your page relies on.
A new version of your page’s code, tested first. You see what changed and why.
Failed saves and CRM updates are counted and shown, so nothing breaks quietly.
One set price. The same on every plan.
The set-up price pays for your architecture plan and the set-up with you. The monthly price keeps it right as Salesforce changes. One Business Unit included.
Good to know
Do our subscribers’ choices go through Formentic?
No. The page runs in your Cloud Pages and saves in your Marketing Cloud. Formentic keeps the set-up and counts, never who chose what.
We use data extensions, not lists. Does it work?
Yes. Choose publication lists, lists or data extensions by name. Your plan explains which suits which choice, and why a publication list is the safest way to let people leave one kind of email.
We have several Business Units. Do we need several pages?
No. One page serves them all and follows each Business Unit’s own unsubscribe setting. Each Business Unit has its own choices and words; the first is included, each extra one has its own small price.
Can our CRM follow the choices?
Yes, Salesforce through Marketing Cloud Connect, on the same save. Other CRMs are a custom request.
Do we need our own domain?
It works without one, on Salesforce’s own address. We recommend a private domain from Salesforce for your pages (for example preferences.yourbrand.com): people trust an address with your name, and your website’s cookie choices can reach the page. Your architecture plan says which one to ask for.
Can the page use our website’s own header and footer?
Yes. The header and footer from your theme are included. To use your website’s exact ones, send us their code: we add them and keep them working, quoted as a custom request.
What happens if we stop paying the monthly price?
Your page keeps working as it is. It just stops getting updates for new releases, and support ends.
Build it once, and right. We keep it that way.
Book a call: we look at your Business Units together and tell you what we would set up.
